Shopping at Grand Touring Auto Sales has been a great experience. Overall, I must say I was a little bit hesitant on going through a car dealership at first until I met Jay. He was very patient. He listened and understood my vehicle qualifications that I required. Jay also got the vehicle within my price budget that I was looking to spend. I’ve been looking around on the market for about two months now shopping and going to different car dealerships since my old vehicle retired, and seeing that the market is extremely overpriced for used vehicles I started to give up, until I found GTA on Google and figured I would give them a shot after speaking with Jay over the phone. He was able to have the vehicle I requested the next day on his lot. He provided me with a carfax, he also had the vehicle inspected by Honda, not only was the vehicle, detailed and very clean. It was also Smog and registered. Furthermore, I would recommend GTA to my friends and family when looking for a reliable source for vehicles.

10/10 recommended. finding an honest dealership is rare I always feel like im taking a risk buying used vehicles. but not with GTA sales! a few friends of mine got vehicles thats lasted beyond its years. they referred me and the owner met my requirements beyond my needs! Taking the time to write a review, even though I never write reviews, because I had such a great experience with Jay here when I purchased my Honda Accord a week ago! He was very kind, helpful, and accommodating, allowing us to take a little extra time to test drive a different car we hadn't even come for and taking care of us . He definitely wanted us to feel as comfortable as we could, and I didn't feel like I was being scammed at all, which I know is a common feeling when shopping for a car. Even though we drove out from the Bay Area to come here, I would still 100% recommend any of my friends to come here and checkout the inventory if they're looking for a used car and want a nice experience. Jay is very helpful. He walked me through all the steps as it was my first time buying the car. The process was smooth. He even answered my call after I had already purchased the car a week ago as I had some questions about the car. The only problem was that Sacramento is far from where I live.
